Youth in 4th through 12th grade are invited to attend a youth gardening workshop May 14.
Greene County Extension and Outreach and Greene County Master Gardeners are teaming up to offer the workshop from 9 am to noon at the Extension office in Jefferson. Youth in grades 4-7 will learn skills and put them to use planting the gardens at the Extension office. Youth in 8th through 12th grade will have the opportunity to do an individual landscape project by working with a Master Gardener in advance of the workshop.
